1. Service description

Verifeed ("we," "us," or "our") provides a media intelligence platform that helps users discover, verify, and export media source lists by country and category. Features may include source research, recency verification, and subscription-based usage limits.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Access to the service requires a registered account and, for paid plans, an active subscription.

2. User responsibilities

By using Verifeed, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Use the service only for lawful business and research purposes.
Not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our data or results without permission.
Not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
Comply with applicable laws when using source lists and verification results in your own workflows.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You can cancel at any time through your Paddle account or customer portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior payments.

4. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase or renewal charge by contacting us at support@verifeed.org.

Refund requests made more than seven (7) days after the applicable charge are not eligible. We do not provide partial-month refunds after this period.

5. Disclaimers

Verifeed provides research and verification tools for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that every source is complete, current, or suitable for your specific use case. You should apply your own editorial judgment before relying on results.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
